For the first time, the Hong Kong Communication Art Centre held an "Outstanding Artiste 'Yan Oi' Night" 《傑出演藝仁愛夜》last night to award outstanding artistes and stars who have contributed to charity. The banquet had thirty tables and 350 government and business personnel, as well as various famous celebrities, came to support the event.

The presentation of the "Outstanding Artiste with a Charitable Heart Award" (「傑出愛心演藝人獎」) and the "Outstanding Advertisement Star Award" (「傑出廣告明星大獎」) is Hong Kong's first time acknowledging artistes that have contributed to charity through an awards ceremonial event.

"Outstanding Artiste with a Charitable Heart Award" (「傑出愛心演藝人獎」) had a total of fifteen award recipients, including (in no particular order): Angie Chiu, Andy Hui, Rosamund Kwan, Gallen Lo, Gigi Leung, 毛俊輝, Warren Mok, Carlo Ng, Nancy Sit, Twins, Myolie Wu, Simon Yam, Yu Mo Lin, Miriam Yeung, and Connie Chan.

While the "Outstanding Advertisement Star Award" (「傑出廣告明星大獎」) had a total of 3 artistes awarded, including (in no particular order): Rosamund Kwan, Joey Yung and Fennie Yuen.

香港傳藝中心首次主辦的《傑出演藝仁愛夜》之「傑出愛心演藝人暨傑出廣告明星大獎選舉」今晚于灣仔君悅酒店順利舉行,晚宴筵開30席,得到逾350位政商及演藝界名人同來慶賀支持。「傑出愛心演藝人獎」及「傑出廣告明星大獎」頒獎禮是香港首次為嘉許善心藝人而舉行的活動。「傑出愛心演藝人獎」共有15名藝人獲獎(排名不分先後),包括:趙雅芝小姐、許志安先生、關之琳小姐、羅嘉良先生、梁詠琪小姐、毛俊輝先生、莫華倫先生、吳家樂先生、薛家燕小姐、Twins(蔡卓妍代領)、胡杏兒小姐、任達華先生、余慕蓮小姐、楊千嬅小姐及陳寶珠小姐;「傑出廣告明星大獎」共有3名藝人獲獎(排名不分先後),包括關之琳小姐、容祖兒小姐及袁潔瑩小姐。獎項由主禮嘉賓全國人民代表大會常務委員會香港特區基本法副主任梁愛詩GBM太平紳士、中聯辦九龍工作部林武部長、行政立法兩會成員曾?成GBS太平紳士以及第29屆奧林匹克運動會馬術比賽(香港)有限公司總裁林煥光GBS太平紳士頒發各個獎項。晚宴期間亦特別設有慈善抽獎及拍賣環節,為「仁愛堂教育發展基金」籌得100萬元善款。

yay! another award for myolie! And wow! Getting awards with the big time people like Gallen and Nancy! Good for her! Like Cheersmyolie said, myolie is really popular, topics are really unrelated to her have her in it, though the buzz is about mr, she is still very much involved. I'm guessing that Myolie is so high up there that reports love to just make up reports (good or mostly bad) so they can sell tehir copies. Take it as a compliment, Myolie. You're so good that you have people noticing you to such a level. After all, all artists get criticized once in a while.

Congrats!! Finally Myolie gets recognized for her good heart! I hope this will show TVB that she is not someone to be passed over. She is considered up there with all those big people, especially for her kindness, that is really something.
