Aaron Kwok, Joyce Cheng, Myolie Wu etc. attended a charity banquet, their goal is to collect donation money and other help for the victims of Sichuan.

Beside donating money Joyce Cheng had to offer a song too. She stated she used all her efforts to help the victims.

Aaron Kwok did not only donate money, but he had to undertake the role as an auction as well, hoping to collect as much money as possible. However, he likes some of the products being auctioned, but he does not mind if people have bought them. Aaron Kwok open-heartedly said he pays close attention to the rebuilding of the schools after the earthquake incident.

5月23日，郭富城、鄭欣宜、胡杏兒等出席某慈善晚宴，目的是為為四川災民籌集善款尋求更多的幫助。欣宜除捐款外現場還要獻歌一首，她表示儘自己最大的力去幫助災民。郭富城在晚宴上除了是捐款人外，還要擔當拍賣師的角色，希望可以籌集到更多的善款。不過，在所拍賣的物品中也有郭富城喜歡的，但是被別人買到自己也不會介意。郭富城坦言很關注地震後學校的重建。
