I think Linda's co. is one of the companies that have some controversy with IFPI about copyrights...so they pull out of IFPI & their artists are not considered for the awards.

^ No the companies that have contoversy with IFPI are Warner, Sony BMG and Universal.

Her name isn't listed but Linda's fans said she's attending.
